I am surprised this hotel is on HOTELS.com at all. Never met with the staff, I did receive a phone call advising of the signage. "We really just needed a place to sleep, so it was sufficient. Overall the property is in various states of disrepair, there's no daily housekeeping (which is fine for a couple of days), the elevator door lights don't work so you don't know if you activated the buttons or if anyone's coming, the door to the outside closes all the way SOMETIMES but not always, the ice machine is broken, and the bathroom walls look dirty with yellow grime. I can handle it, but you should know that it looks NOTHING...
