"This Boutique Hotel is for you if you think you would enjoy the feeling of staying at a wealthy friends villa just outside the busy beachside area of Nice! I don't know if Son the man who greeted us at the front desk was the owner but you certainly can tell he loves the property like it was his own. He was an amazing host and gave amazing directions, hand written by him on a walking map after he asked us what we would like to do on our stay. No person at any of the other hotel we stayed in on...
"We spend 18 lovely days in Nice. Maison Lamartine became like a small home for us and our dog. Exceptional good service. Well equipped kitchen for minor dinners at home. Well situated to walk with short walks to the old town and central shopping. "

"We were welcomed by Natalia with a smile and had a great introduction to the hotel and the local neighborhood.
Breakfast was great and could be enjoyed in the cozy courtyard. We stayed in a room with roof terrace, which can be recommended as you can enjoy your dinner quietly or just relax in sun after a day in the city.
Roomservice staff were friendly and always on point.
Overall a great stay! "

"The hotel was a short walk to the train, and close to the beach. It was very clean and seemed like a newer property. It had multiple outlets for us to connect and charge electronics. Loved that it was loft style so the main bed was upstairs and then it had 2 single pull out couches in the lower level. The shower and toilet were separate which was great and it had a hallway door in case you didnât want to wake those sleeping on the lower level while you showered. They also gave us water bottles...

"Vi boede pÄ 5 sal - der er meget larm fra stole og stiletter fra 6 sal hvor restaurant ligger. UdendÞrs bordet var ikke tÞrret af fra de forgÄende gÊsters drinks. Den fÞrste dag var der ikke slippers. Anden dag var kleenex boks ikke udskiftet. Lyset gik pÄ hele hotellet i 10 minutter, og ingen info eller undskyldning. Deres kaffe er latterlig dÄrlig. Vi bad om at de skaffede en taxa - sagde at det var lettere hvis vi selv stoppede en ved vejen. Man skal ikke bo der og kun have rÄd til en taxa....

"Alt var pÊnt og i orden. Meget sÞde og hjÊlpsomme ansatte. Vi brugte den dejlige gÄrdhave og fik lov at lÄne tallerkener mv til mad, som vi havde kÞbt med hjem."
