This home also provides a gas grill, perfect for family barbecues!

Climb up a small flight of stairs to reach the first and main level of this lovely home. You'll reach the well-equipped kitchen, which offers all the appliances needed to whip up tasty meals. There is a mini-fridge for extra space and a Nespresso coffee maker to start your day off on the right foot! Right off the kitchen is a quaint dining area with a spacious dining table. When it's time to spread out and relax, the living room has your back! Equipped with inviting furniture, a smart flatscreen TV, and a plethora of fun board games. This space is perfect for movie and game nights!

There is a small office/family room area with two armchairs, plenty of books, and a convenient desk. If you're planning on working or studying from home, the desk and high-speed WiFi will be just ideal for you. This level also features one bedroom and a full bathroom. The rest of the bedrooms and one full bathroom are located upstairs. All bathrooms have heated floors.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
