We can accommodate 4 adults and two children in the home.

Although we love fur animals our home is not pet friendly.

This is a non-smoking home.

There is no trash service in the community, but you can take your trash near by to dispose

Pillows, comforters and blankets provided. Guest can bring their own linens and towels or we have a local linen service that can deliver linens for a fee.

Linen Service: All bed sets come with sheets for the required bed size, pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1hand towel and 1 wash cloth (per person, for the number of person the bed sleeps. Total cost $121.00

For safety concerns: no jumping off the top deck into the water as the water is not deep. Not following this safety rule may result in serious injuries.
No smoking or vaping in the home. There will be a $250.00 fine.

No animals allowed in the home unless a service dog. Please keep the service dog off of the furniture and clean up after the dog inside and outside.

All trash needs to be taken from the home to the dumpster on Dillards Hill Rd 3 miles on the right hand side. Our cleaners are not responsible for trash removal. If trash is left behind we charge a $25 fee.
