"Spa faciliteterne kunne have været bedre"

"I had a standard room, surely there’s a lot of nice details and good quality material here, but the noise in our room was insane. I had turned off the fan but was kept awake by the aircondition system that I assume is on the roof, and the 24/7 ventilation in the bathroom. Accompanied by a nice metallic sound - and lots of light pollution in the room. Without the above it would have been a 10 but I really like my sleep during a vacation 👎"

"Der var ikke støvsuget godt nok. Der lå nogle få chips rester (eller måske var det noget andet) på gulvet under skrivebordet."

"Hyggeligt hotel og venligt personale"

"The guy working the late evening/night shift is such a professional and helpful worker. Give this man a raise please! I’m coming back and telling everyone I know to go here."

"Great rooms, beautiful location near main street of old city very quiet. Good service, good quality buffet, sligt narrow selection, pleasant seatings, plus barista coffee til breakfast"

"Centralt i den gamle bydel, Hyggeligt sted, gammel kloster. Jeg manglede køleskab og værdibox. Morgen mad var rigtig fint !"

"Absolutely amazing experience. The location is great; in walking distance to main attractions, safe and quite. The hotel was newly renowated and very beautiful. The personal was very helpful and accomodating. The room was amazing. All my needs were though of and accomadated before I asked. The personal at breakfast was very helpful, professional and kind. The breakfast was great. I was treated like a princess and would return to Vilnius for this hotel alone."
