2-Bedroom Apartment in Ummanz

A 70 m² ground-floor apartment for 2–6 people in a
small complex of four country houses on a 3,500 m²
property in the old fishing village of Waase. The fully
equipped vacation apartment offers plenty of space for a vacation in
a quiet and rural atmosphere.

The vacation rental is
furnished with solid wood furniture and high-quality genuine leather sofas.
Since January 2020, we have had VDSL 25.

Our vacation rental is a generously furnished three-
room apartment. It is located on the
first floor and features a large terrace. The living room is
equipped with an HD TV, a cozy sitting area with a sleeper sofa
(182 x 133 cm), and features a separate dining area. The new
integrated kitchenette is fully equipped
(dishwasher, microwave, ceramic cooktop,
coffee maker, Senseo pod machine, electric kettle,
toaster, egg cooker, and oven).

The first bedroom has a large double bed
and the second bedroom has a box spring bed (160 x 200 cm).
A bedding package is provided for 12.50 euros per person.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, hair dryer, and toilet.
The bathroom also has a washing machine.
Laundry can be dried on a drying rack on the terrace.
The terrace is equipped with an awning and rattan furniture; a
kettle grill (charcoal) is available for your grilling enjoyment.

The entire apartment has tile flooring.
The apartment includes a parking space (No. 2).

Location:

Just 35 km from the Hanseatic city of Stralsund and 20 km from Bergen,
the capital of the island of Rügen. In the heart of the
Vorpommern Bodden Landscape National Park lies the island
of Ummanz. Since 1901, the island of Ummanz has been connected to Rügen by a 250-meter-
long bridge.
Many activities are available, such as surfing, kitesurfing, horseback riding, pedal boating,
fishing, crane watching, bike tours (bike rentals available in town), swimming and water fun at the natural beach in Suhrendorf or at the Bodden swimming area with a small beach (Baltic Sea water) in Waase, 400 meters from the vacation rental, rowing, and much more.
Within walking distance are two interactive farms—Kliewe Farm
and Lange Farm®—as well as a coffeehouse with a pastry shop.

In spring and winter, you can observe thousands of migrating and resting cranes.
The island of Ummanz is an ideal starting point for
exploring the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee.
