The bathroom comes equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine. The spacious living room includes a dining area, a single sofa bed, a satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and A/C. The open-plan kitchen offers a mixed gas/electric hob, an oven, and a dishwasher. Outside, you will find a lovely furnished terrace, a BBQ area, and a private parking space (uncovered or covered). Beach distance: 500m. °Pets are not allowed.
