The accommodation is located in a quiet place, surrounded by greenery, on the first floor of a private house with two rental flats.

The flat is on the first floor with a large covered terrace of 26 square metres.

The beach is easily accessible on foot in a few minutes, restaurants, bars within walking distance.
Ideal accommodation for those who want to spend their holidays in comfort and tranquility.

The flat has a large terrace with garden furniture and a three-seater garden swing overlooking the park.
The park is shared with the ground floor flat for up to 4 people.

The beach and restaurant are 400 metres away.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, offers free Wi-Fi internet connection, flat screen satellite TV, dishwasher, two double bedrooms, bed linen (weekly change), living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and outside window, towels for the bathrooms two per person available (weekly change), kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, dining area with table and chairs.

The beautiful sandy beach and restaurant 300 m, bar 350 m. The village of Bašanija 900 m. In Bašanija you will find shops, bank, post office, bars, restaurants, fast food. The nearest beaches of all types: rocky, pebble or sandy are within walking distance. The Savudrija area is also an excellent area for cycling, tasting excellent Istrian wines, enjoying unforgettable sunsets or walking along the coast with a good ice cream.

In the centre of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag dam, to explore the narrow and interesting streets of the old town, or to visit the stalls and, to the delight of the children, the playground on the waterfront. To buy a larger amount of groceries, it is better to walk a few kilometres to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine. There are various leisure facilities nearby: Tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini golf course, fishing. It is also possible to go on various organised excursions by boat or bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants and bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days away from the beach or evenings out. Very interesting is the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town situated on a hill and famous for the annual film festival held at the end of July, the village Livade very famous for its white truffle. For cave lovers, visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, just 60 kilometres from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the Brijuni National Park, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Organise various fish picnic boat trips where you have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if it is possible due to COVID). For the joy of children, a visit to the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Dinopark in Funtana, where fun is guaranteed. For gourmets, various options for tasting wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian prosciutto and much more. For organised excursions, we recommend the Trevitours agency, which will also bring the tickets to your home after consultation by phone or with the owner.
