Air-conditioned 3-room flat on the mezzanine floor of a detached house, just a few minutes' walk from the supermarket, playground and bar.
The house offers free private parking and a barbecue area in the garden.
The town centre and the beach can be easily reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes.
The accommodation is ideal for families with children or groups of friends. The location is quiet and sunny. Free Wi-Fi internet connection available.

The air-conditioned flat has three bedrooms, a dining area with kitchen, bathroom, WC and two terraces. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker with two gas burners, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, glasses, plates, cutlery and pots. The dining area has a table with six chairs, sideboard and access to the terrace with table, chairs and awning. The living area is connected to the bedrooms via the hallway, which is equipped with a coat hanger, shoe rack, mirror and air conditioning. The complete bathroom with bathtub, washbasin with cabinet and mirror, washing machine, bidet, WC, two bath towels per person are provided (weekly change). The half bathroom has a urinal, washbasin and mirror. The first bedroom has two single beds that can be put together (2x90x200), bed linen is provided (weekly change), bedside table with bedside lamp, two chairs, wardrobe, mirror, flat screen satellite TV. The second bedroom has two single beds (2x90x200), bed linen provided (weekly change), a bedside table with bedside lamp, wardrobe, mirror and a chair. The third bedroom has a double bed (160x200), bed linen provided (changed weekly), two bedside tables with bedside lamps, wardrobe, table with 4 chairs, chest of drawers with flat screen satellite TV, WLAN internet connection. Mirror, iron and ironing board, exit to the terrace with table and two chairs, awning and garden view.
In the well-tended garden, decorated with colourful flowers, there is a portable barbecue and table with wooden benches, free parking in the fenced courtyard. The ideal accommodation for families with children or small groups of friends, for those who love peace and quiet.
The house is 300 m from the restaurant, the children's playground and free outdoor fitness equipment near the house, the pebble beach 1.2 km, the sandy beach 950 m, the golf course 8 km and the tennis courts 900 m away. In the surrounding area there are various sports facilities, excellent restaurants with fish menus, pizzerias and beach bars. The centre of Umag can be easily reached on foot in about 10 minutes. In the centre of Umag, to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, we recommend a walk along the famous Umag dam, to explore the narrow and interesting streets of the historic centre of Umag, or to visit the stalls and, to the delight of the children, the playground right by the sea. The supermarket is 100 metres from the house. To buy a larger amount of groceries, it is better to walk a few kilometres to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine.

There are various leisure facilities nearby: Tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini golf course, fishing. It is also possible to go on various organised excursions by boat or bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants and bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days away from the beach or to spend the evenings. Very interesting the artist village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town situated on a hill and famous for the film festival that takes place every year at the end of July, the village Livade very famous for its white truffle. For cave lovers, visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, just 60 kilometres from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the Brijuni National Park, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Organise various fish picnic boat trips where you have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if it is possible due to COVID). For the joy of children, a visit to the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Dinopark in Funtana, where fun is guaranteed. For gourmets, various options for tasting wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian prosciutto and much more. For organised excursions, we recommend the Trevitours agency, which will also bring the tickets to your home after consultation by phone or with the owner.
