    Comfortable and bright, air-conditioned flat on the first floor of a residence just 400 metres from the sea and beach facilities. The fenced plot of 1500 m2 with swimming pool 8 m x 4 m and 1.35 m deep. Top location for your holiday, in the privileged area of Umag-Punta near Stella Maris, where the prestigious Umag ATP Open Croatia tennis tournament has been held for years. The beach and bathing facilities are just a few minutes' walk away.

    The flat is part of a residence with 11 flats of different types for rent.

    The flat has two bedrooms with double beds 160x200, satellite TV, bedside tables with night lamps, mirror, chair, desk, each with air conditioning and private bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin with mirror, bed linen and bath towels for two people provided (weekly change). The living area with double bed (160x200), bedside tables and night lamps, bed linen provided (weekly change), the bathroom connected to the living area has a shower cubicle, bidet, WC, washbasin with mirror, towels for the bathroom two per person provided, (change every 4 days). The living area has a kitchenette with the most important kitchen utensils, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, electric ceramic hob with 4 hobs, extractor bonnet, dining table with chairs, air conditioning, flat screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi internet connection.
    Ideal home for three couples or families, for those who like to spend their holidays in complete comfort. The flat has a small terrace with table and benches on the landing and a terrace on the ground floor near the stairs, equipped with parasol, table and chairs.

    The house offers free shared use: deckchairs, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor shower, gazebo, barbecue, bicycles are available for a fee. The playground and free public car park are located near the house.

    - leave empty containers behind and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
    - to notify the owner of any damage caused, whereby the owner will demand payment of the costs in cash after careful assessment of the damage before departure,
    - to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure in order to arrange the handover of the keys.

    The neighbourhood is quiet, surrounded by greenery. The nearby beaches have different structures to suit all needs: sandy, rocky, pebbled, equipped, with the possibility of renting deckchairs and parasols. Unique to these beaches is the marvellous Mediterranean vegetation along the coast, which allows you to shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. To find the beach you prefer, you only have to move a few hundred metres as the structure of the beaches changes. For those who love the gym, outdoor fitness equipment is available for free use right by the sea next to the beach at Villa Rita.

    The nearest beach is 400 metres away, the grocery shop 700 metres and the restaurant 200 metres.

    There are several restaurants and pizzerias near the flat. The Punta restaurant, about 700 metres from the house, offers a wide selection of fish menus, starters, first courses and desserts. Only 400 m away is the tourist train station, which departs from the tourist village of Katoro and runs along the coast to the centre of Umag and vice versa. The centre of Umag can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or by tourist train.

    The centre of Umag is 1.5 km from the house.

    In the centre of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag dam, exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the historic centre of Umag, the new square decorated with a fountain and shopping in the shops in the centre or visit the stalls and playground by the sea for the children's enjoyment.

    To buy a larger amount of groceries, we recommend travelling a few kilometres by car to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.

    There are various leisure activities in the surroundings of Umag: Tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centres, sports centres for water sports enthusiasts where you can go water skiing and diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the tourist village of Sol Stella Maris, night clubs, casino, possibility of various boat or bus excursions.

    The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food outlets and bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.

    For days or evenings away from the beach, we recommend unforgettable excursions inland. The picturesque artists' village of Grožnjan has a marvellous terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun is a typical medieval town on a hill, known for its film festival, which has been held for years at the end of July. Livade, the town known for the white truffle found in the nearby forests. For lovers of astronomy who want to admire the sky and stars, visit the Astronomical Centre in Višnjan, 30 km from Umag, by appointment. For cave lovers, visit the small beautiful Baredine Cave, only 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, only 60 km from Umag. The coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj and Poreč are also worth a visit, as is the Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited as part of organised excursions. Various "fish picnic" boat trips with fish or meat picnics are organised there, during which you have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. For the joy of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana "Dino Park" amusement park, where fun is guaranteed and will make the hearts of adults and children beat faster. For gourmets, there are several opportunities for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian prosciutto and much more.
