Great to enjoy coffee in the morning and admire the surrounding nature or play with children. For shared use, the house offers: the fenced garden and car park, the outdoor pool (7x3 m rectangular 24 sqm, depth 140 cm with stairs from 30.03. to 19.10.) outdoor shower, deckchairs, the 25 sqm sun terrace around the pool, parasols, barbecue area, iron and ironing board on request for shared use, the nearby beaches are of different types, sandy, pebbly, rocky, rocky for all tastes. The area is one of the few where the coastline changes shape and type every few hundred metres and is rich in vegetation near the sea, where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours. In the centre, to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag embankment is recommended. For those who love the gym by the sea, there is free outdoor equipment, children's playgrounds along the coast. For shopping, it is better to walk a few kilometres to the most convenient supermarkets in town: Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine. There are various leisure facilities in the neighbourhood: Tennis courts, golf course with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, various boat or bus trips. Water sports enthusiasts will find diving, water skiing and surfing here. Renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore the area will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and an impressive marina. Excursions to the hinterland are interesting the town of artists Grožnjan, Motovun typical medieval town known for the film festival, Livade the area of white truffles, Hum the smallest town in the world, PN Plitvice, the coastal areas PN Brijuni, fish picnic boat, excursion to Venice, Pola, Rovinj, Poreč, Baredine cave. A visit to the theme park in Funtana and the nearby Istralandia water park will make the hearts of people of all ages beat faster. Tastings of wines, cheese, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more. For excursions I recommend the travel agency TREVITOURS, which will advise you with a lot of professionalism * Registration per person only on the first day, to be paid on site upon arrival. * Guests are requested to use the appliances with care* You can only smoke on the terrace, while smoking is not allowed inside * Guests are requested to leave the rubbish bins empty and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils * Any damage caused, please explain to the owner that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the costs will be charged on the spot.* Pets are not allowed* We ask our customers not to leave accesses: air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher when they are not at home for security reasons.* It is possible to organise personalised transfers.** Please let us know the expected departure time one day before departure in order to arrange the key handover.
