In a few minutes by car you can reach excellent restaurants with typical Istrian fish and meat menus, the town of Umag and the market.
The comfortable flat with entrance and private terrace on the ground floor of the house offers a living area with sofa bed for 1 person with satellite TV, fireplace, kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, extractor bonnet, cooker with 2 electric burners, satellite TV, dining table with 4 seats, sofa, exit to the terrace. The WLAN internet connection is free of charge. The bathroom with shower, bidet, washbasin, hairdryer and external window, two bath towels per person (changed weekly). The bedroom with double bed, window, wardrobe and bedside tables. Bed linen is provided (changed weekly). In front of the house in the inner courtyard there is a car park for secure parking, in the large garden there is a shared barbecue. The communal pool area is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. In the garden the swing for the children's enjoyment. The flat is the ideal accommodation for couples, groups of friends or families with children. The house offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The owners live in the same house, but with different entrances. The house has a pool, sun loungers and parasols for shared use with the other flats. On arrival, you will receive a pass that allows you to enter the village of Kanegra and use the village's bathing facilities free of charge.

In the centre of Umag, it is worth visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral or taking a walk along the famous Umag embankment. Then explore the narrow and interesting streets of the old town centre or visit the beaches and, to the delight of the children, the playground by the water. To buy a larger amount of groceries, it is better to walk a few kilometres to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine. There are various leisure facilities nearby: Tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini golf course, fishing. It is also possible to go on various organised excursions by boat or bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants and bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days off the beach or evenings out. Very interesting is the artist village Grožnjan, Motovun, the typical medieval town on a hill, known for the film festival that takes place every year at the end of July. The village of Livade is well known for its white truffle. For cave lovers, visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, just 60 kilometres from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the Brijuni National Park, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Organise various fish picnic boat trips where you have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if it is possible due to COVID). To visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag to the delight of children and the Dinopark in Funtana, fun is guaranteed there. For gourmets, various opportunities for tasting wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian prosciutto and much more.
