"Bootshaus Ulsnis" Vacation Home in Ulsnis

In peaceful Ulsnis, you’ll find the “Bootshaus,” surrounded by nature, right behind the boathouse at the ferry terminal, plus its own garden of about 1,000 m², which is currently still growing—pure nature. A waterfront property straight out of a storybook. The Schlei is right in view, and the harbor and the waters of the fjord are just a few steps away. Once there, you’ll find a small dock with a little swimming spot.
Located in Ulsnis—a town that’s peaceful in its own right—is the “Boathouse,” surrounded by plenty of nature, right behind the “Remise am Fährhaus.” It also features a private garden, which is currently still in the growth phase. The Bootshaus in Ulsnis offers its guests relaxation right by the water on a property of approximately 1,000 square meters, as well as plenty of green space.
Inside the house itself, there is plenty of room for up to 4 people in the 65-square-meter space. In the kitchen-living room—featuring a cozy sofa and a large dining table with plenty of space for shared meals—you can start your day or wind it down. A fantastic view of the natural surroundings from the kitchen table ensures that the stress of everyday life simply doesn’t creep into your vacation.
The first bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m, and the second bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m; the bedding contains no down or feathers. Both bedrooms, the kitchen-diner, the living area, and the bathroom—which features a shower and a rain showerhead—are all located on the first floor with underfloor heating and are fully accessible, leaving nothing to be desired.
A bakery, supermarket, and restaurant are located about 2 km away; the beach and the water are right around the corner, about 20 m from the “Bootshaus” property.
Outside, you’ll find a 20-square-meter terrace, a carport, and a lockable storage area for your bicycles. For a relaxing break during sunny hours, sun loungers, a garden table, and 4 chairs are at your disposal. You’re welcome to use the charcoal grill for a cozy evening of grilling or a delicious barbecue meal with family or friends.
A charging station for electric cars (for a fee) is also available, as is a private parking space. A maximum of 1 dog is also welcome at “Bootshaus Ulsnis,” and the entire vacation home is a smoke-free property.
Children’s equipment (crib and high chair) can be provided free of charge upon request. Our vacation home is located in the idyllic village of Usnis, in the heart of the beautiful Angeln region, just a few meters from a dock and a small swimming spot on the Schlei (Ulsnis Beach). The Schlei region is perfect for long walks and bike rides along the eastern hilly landscape. In the summer, you can watch numerous water sports enthusiasts on the Schlei. From Kappeln and Schleswig, you can take boat trips on the Baltic Sea inlet and get to know the Angeln region from the water. The nearest major towns, such as Kappeln and Schleswig, are easily accessible by car. Restaurants and bakeries are located 4–6 km from the vacation home. The nearest Baltic Sea beach is about a 20-minute drive away.

House Rules/Pricing Info:
During the high season, there is a minimum stay of 7 nights. During the low season, there is a minimum stay of 4 nights.

The mandatory final cleaning service is automatically included in the total price for the requested stay via our price calculator.

Initial set of linens included (bed linens and towels); additional linen change upon request: €25 per person.

Check-in and check-out on Sundays are available only upon request.

Dogs are welcome and incur an additional charge of €10 per night per dog. A maximum of 1 dog is permitted; cats are not allowed
