A cute holiday cottage minutes walk from Mollymook Beach. This beach house with three inviting bedrooms comfortably accommodates up to six guests, promising an unforgettable vacation for all.

Experience coastal comfort the moment you step inside. With beachy decor, amenities, and ocean glimpses, this holiday home lets you experience the coastal lifestyle. Wake up listening to the sounds of nature while sipping on your morning coffee brew from the coffee machine.

This property provides a modern kitchen, complete with a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and cookware. Experience delightful family meals around the dining table, then retreat to the living area where you can enjoy the free Wifi or an array of board games, DVDs, and books that is provided for your entertainment.

Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed with built in robe, Bedroom 2 has a double bed, Bedroom 3 has a single bunk bed with bookcase filled with books and board games perfect to keep the kids entertained.

The external laundry has a washing machine and toilet.

Enjoy a fun BBQ session on the back deck with our provided grill, or venture out to local restaurants for a taste of vibrant local cuisine. Spend your days exploring the sandy beaches or going on picturesque hiking trails, and your evenings watching memorable sunsets from the comfort of your holiday home.

- Please do not book if you are a hens, bucks, school leavers group or a party of any kind. These types of bookings will be cancelled.

- This property is not pet friendly.

- Linen and towels are included, but please be sure to pack your own beach towels.

- No garage access.

- We kindly advise that top bunks are not suitable for adults.
