"Hotel is nice but my room wasn’t clean. The shower gel was empty and the small body lotion amenity was half used and just left by the last person. Because of that only being half-cleaned, it made me wonder about the sheets on the bed and if they had truly been changed between customers."

"This hotel was one of a kind. The decor, the high vaulted ceilings in the room made the look extraordinary. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The location was central to a lot of places. I will definitely be back!"
"We had one of the easiest booking, check-in and check-out experiences ever. Front desk employee made our kids feel so special on their birthdays and was extremely personable. Everything we requested before check-in was in the room and it took all the stress out of traveling with little kids. Clean, quiet and great breakfast!"

The best bed and pillows ever! the temperature was great too, we love it cold and it was accomplished in the room! the shower was kind of weird, having to put your hand through the window to turn on the shower. also the shower head was way too high for us short people to reach! will definitely stay there again when in cincy for the night!"

Place is probably not in the best shape it has ever been. There was a smell in the room, which really was the only reason I had to have the AC running to some extent
The breakfast included is great for the price of the outskirts of downtown Cincinnati.
While I can understand that some might feel like it is a sketchy area (Probably mostly because it is pretty empty around) I really didn't feel it that way. The walk from Great American Ballpark to the Hotel overall felt as safe as you can expect in a big city
