Villa Francesca - Salento Reservation is a beautiful semi-detached villa just 50 meters from the sea, comfortably accommodating up to twelve people. It is located in Torre San Giovanni, a seaside resort in Ugento, which is a very active and popular destination in the summer. In fact, it is one of the liveliest coastal areas in all of southern Salento.
The villa consists of two adjacent units, perfect for two families or a group of friends who want to spend a holiday in this fantastic location.
The first unit is on the ground floor and includes a spacious living room furnished with a table and chairs, a kitchen with a fully equipped kitchenette for preparing great meals,
a double bedroom with mosquito net, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with shower box, a triple bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, equipped with a ceiling fan, a double bedroom with a ceiling fan, and a twin bedroom with a fan. Inside the house, there is also a second bathroom complete with shower box.
The second unit is spread over two floors: ground floor and first floor. It consists of a living room furnished with a table and chairs, plus a single bed, a kitchenette equipped for meal preparation, an air-conditioned double bedroom, and a full bathroom with a shower box. It also has a terrace with breathtaking views of the landscape and coastline, which only Salento can offer.
The property is equipped with all comforts: TV, fans, mosquito nets, barbecue, Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning, and the possibility of free street parking.
Additionally, all commercial activities such as newsstands, tobacco shops, stores, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, beaches, and more are within walking distance, as the property is right in the center of the coastal area.
Torre San Giovanni offers a large pedestrian area alongside the former seafront promenade, enriching the town with a truly vibrant and always crowded walking zone. Most of the town’s life takes place here, with shops for shopping lovers and many places to enjoy tasty aperitifs after the beach or before heading out to a nightclub in nearby Gallipoli. Every step is accompanied by the background music of various open venues throughout the day and evening: modern music venues for younger crowds enjoying their aperitifs, and traditional folk music that brightens family dinners in typical restaurants. The pedestrian area by the sea is undoubtedly the jewel of Torre San Giovanni.
Note: The cleaning fee includes the set of bed linens and towels, a breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, check-in/check-out.

For check-ins after 8:30 PM and until 10:00 PM, an extra fee of €30.00;
For check-ins from 10:00 PM to midnight, an extra fee of €50.00;
For check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM, an extra fee of €100.00.

For early check-outs, upon request and prior approval, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, an extra fee of €30.00 is required.
