Located on the first floor of a small complex with just two units, the house offers spacious rooms, plenty of privacy, and beautiful outdoor spaces to relax after a day at the beach.



The apartment occupies the entire first floor and features pleasant natural ventilation and large rooms, ideal for families or groups of friends. Each room is equipped with a modern air conditioner, and the bedrooms also have quiet ceiling fans for a cool, restful sleep.



The living area includes a large, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with dining table, sofa, and Smart TV—perfect for relaxing moments. The sleeping area has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with three single beds.



The real highlight of the house is the outdoor space. The spacious furnished balcony is perfect for leisurely breakfasts or sunset aperitifs, while the large private rooftop terrace offers a unique atmosphere with sun, sea breeze, and starry skies.



Guests have access to fast Wi-Fi, a coffee machine and coffee corner, an outdoor shower for after the beach, washing machine, oven, air conditioning in all main areas, and a private entrance via an external staircase.



The location is ideal for enjoying Torre San Giovanni stress-free: the sea with low rocks and crystal-clear water is within walking distance, and the most famous sandy beaches of Salento are just a few minutes away by car. In just 2 minutes on foot, you can reach the center, shops, restaurants, bars, and all main services.
