The studio apartment “Ferienwohnung Förster” is situated in a quiet residential area of Überlingen and is close to both Lake Constance and the scenic countryside. The 24 m² apartment on the third floor consists of a living area with a double bed and a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include a lift, a washing machine and a television. You can start the day with coffee on the balcony, from which you can see the lake and mountains in the background. From the property, a bakery is just across the street, a supermarket is an 8-minute walk (650 m) away, a bakery can be found after an 11-minute walk (950 m), a pharmacy is a 7-minute walk (550 m) away you can get to the charming centre of Überlingen, with lovely architecture, bustling promenades and a thermal bath in only 10 minutes on foot. There you will find plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops, as well as the ferry terminal. The well-kept town park with a deer enclosure, located a 21-minute walk or 1.6 km from the apartment, has a shady picnic area and a pavilion on top of a lookout with a wonderful view of the town, the mountains and Lake Constance. The nearest beach, Ostbad, is 750 m or a 9-minute walk away, where you can take swims in the clear blue water and enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain panorama. From the ferry terminal in Meersburg, a 17-minute drive (12.6 km) away, you can cross the lake to Konstanz and visit the picturesque old town centre with centuries-old architecture and a famous cathedral. The Lake Constance region offers numerous great hiking and cycling routes through scenic landscapes and along the lakeshores. In winter, you can even go skiing a 24-minute drive (23 km) from Überlingen or across the nearby Austrian or Swiss borders.
