"a lovely boutique hotel with amazing staff & good breakfast"

"Utterly fabulous. We were hesitant about booking due to the high price point; but it was worth every penny. The staff are wonderful, so caring and hospitable - nothing is too much trouble. The views take your breath away, the food was the best we had in Sri Lanka. We really did not want to leave "

"You get what you pay for. It’s super central and the staff is so sweet and kind but the rooms are just a bed, don’t expect much. The breakfast was great and they were so service minded. We really enjoyed our stay here. "

"Perfect spot about 350 metres from the main street of Ella. "Etwas abgelegen aber gut, sauber und Personal freundlich. Es gibt keine Rezeption"

My room was obviously already taken but they were not honest about that. I was put into another room with no balcony and told that 'the price does not include breakfast'. After a couple of email exchanges with me providing proof of my 'confirmed' booking, he agreed to include breakfast (but he did not change my room). My 'balcony' was the shared area...

"Property had an “Exceptional” rating and itProperty looked run down, verging on dangerous. It was in a completely out of the way area; far from any businesses/shops/restaurants. "
