"Reception was responsive though cleanliness of bed was terrible and staff could not provide clean comforter and very bold to say that hotel didn’t have any clean comforter. We have to live with cover of comforter as a cover. Early morning no tea or coffee. It took their sweet time to serve. Staff education requires to handle customer. "

2. Staff is not supportive.
3 Kitchen is not available if you need anything you will have to go out and have.
4. That should have call on landline if anything comes up from reception however they sent house keeping people and they knocked the door unlimited times,"

"Wifi only lasts 24 hours, so had to request new access code every day. This was slightly inconvenient. Hotel was very helpful with setting up taxis. Restaurant was good. Not a lot to walk to around hotel."

The rest of the resort needs generous landscaping. It is dry and greenery is patchy. The rooms though good arent great. Exposed wires from TV and STB look ugly. Bathroom needs urgent works. From leaking faucets to low pressure in pipes and occassionally no water at all. Present tiling inside bathroom is stained and...

"We came here looking for some peace, loud music was being played above our deck in the pool area till 12am and after repeatedly calling them to turn off as per the quiet rules starting 11am, they kept playing till 1am. They gave us a room right below the deck; we booked a luxury room but nothing like the name described.
