"Ind og udtjekning forløb uden problemer. Fik et dejligt værelse på 2. sal med god udsigt og hængekøjer lige uden for døren. Lækker morgenbuffe, med mulighed for at spise om aftenen enten i restauranten eller få det bragt op på værelset. Live musik den første aften. Da vi havde planer om at skulle på tur til nogle grotter ( cenotes ) ville vi gerne låne nogle cykler - men de var ikke i så god en stand. Der blev ringet til en der har guidede ture ( Maya Quest ) som kom med en scooter vi kunne låne 24 timer for samme pris som de 2 cykler. Så kunne vi komme hurtigt rundt. Også godt i regnvej og en god måde at opleve Valladolid. "

"The room was in really poor condition with paint peeling of the walls and hair from previous guest in the bathroom. When we arrived to the room the AC was off so the room was about 40 degrees inside. Every time the cleaning cleaned our room they switched off the AC so when arriving at night the room was 40 degrees and it took at least 2 hours to cool down where we couldn’t sleep. The bathroom was never getting cold so it was like a sauna even though the door was open to the rest of the room. The pool outside was not clean so we didn’t used it. The pool was one of the reasons why we choose this hotel."

"The main good thing about this hotel is it's proximity to Chichen Itza allowing you to arrive when they open at 8am and beat the crowds. However there is not much else positive to say about the hotel - apart from table to cool of in the pool. Our room had a thick layer of dust on the walls and the hotel in general could really use a loving hand and upgrade. We ate at the restaurant as their are no other option in the town. The meat was uchewable and expensive. "
