"Very dpacious, good to have kitchen and different coffees and milk to start the morning. The stairs have no handrail so it was difficult to navigate and definitely not safe for Britain types of guests. Staff is friendly and responsive but they don't proactively check that light bulbs all work or the clock on the wall works, etc. Convenient to walk to everything or to her Uber."

"This property is nice and maintained, but they had no hand towels or wash rags available. I spent 3 of 5 days without wash rags. I had to use a hand towel. The towels were gray and dingy they did not have enough for the hotel . They didn’t have any extra in the linen closet how very disappointing. It is very warm and humid in Panama. The least someone would expect would be able to do is bath once probably twice a day but with no rags from a four star hotel. Well that’s unacceptable!"

The staff is amazing, the hotel is so quaint, and the rooms are like having your own apartment with both upstairs downstairs spaces, living room, dining room, full kitchen, and a balcony... so incredible for the price.
