"Great customer service. The room was great but some of the overhead lights did not work. Would be nice to have a community microwave since the rooms do not have them. Will come stay again, cute place."

"Great location. Would be nice to have a TV in the bedroom. Biggest beef with the units is that you have no control over temperature of the room. The thermostat doesn't do anything. I contacted the property but they said the building controls the heat/AC. It was hot and stuffy in the apartment. Made it hard to sleep"

"This is a older hotel that would benefit from a refurbishment. We did have an issue with housekeeping making sure the beds were made properly and our sink was clogged. Parking was a dream however and practically made up for the other inconveniences. This hotel is a few blocks from Gainbridge Fieldhouse (where The Fever play)."

"A little tricky to locate but once you do, it’s next to a great walking path and near lovely restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we loved the vintage/quirky decor. The room was very clean and comfy with a great balcony for morning coffee."

"We had reservations to spend one night here and fly away on our vacation. Due to a car accident we had to cancel our flight and spend one more night. The staff were so kind. I had spent the morning on n the phone and missed breakfast. They brought me fruit and yogurt. This was such a nice place. If I ever get another chance to travel I’ll be back!"

"There are in the middle of construction and had a low quality breakfast. The pillows are oddly small. Not dirty or anything terrible, but you can get more for the same price elsewhere."

"I was greeted warmly and professionally. The restaurant was lovely, with excellent food. The furnishings throughout were comfortable and tasteful. It was easy to arrange for the airport shuttle. HOWEVER, my room had zero warm or hot water, which I had not realized until morning shower time(for my early flight). The front desk attendant, who greeted me from her seat/phone, said ‘just put it there on the counter.’ I followed by asking her to make some notes please…. I had no warm or hot water....
