"Best hotel ever! Everyone that works there is angelic! And the beds and pillows and views and pool and gym…. I could go on. But the help there is even better- like seriously!!!! Only thing to keep in mind is to get to the pool kinda early if u want a chair. Otherwise there’s a waitlist. Worth it though! "

"This is now my favorite hotel in Downtown Minneapolis. Location, rooms, easy valet service, restaurant etc.
One gripe though: curtains in the rooms are not blackout curtains. So in downtown the sheer drapes leave your room pretty bright. Bring a sleeping mask."

"This is a great place to stay and have a lot of space. We travelled for business and it was nice to have two bedrooms (and bathrooms!!) and working space. We had a few minor things in our room (window was left open, lamp that flickered, nothing crazy). Note that bedrooms don't have TVs (not a big deal for us, but I know some people can't sleep without one!)

"Wonderful staff team, spacious rooms with a five star shower, delicious breakfast. The only hiccup was that my parked car in the paid hotel was tagged for a $90 fine. Thankfully, the front desk was helpful and supportive, and hopefully, resolved the issue."
