"A great place to stay for a solo traveler. Glenn communicates very well prior to your arrival. It was easy to “check in” once you get to the residence. The place itself is fantastic. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning is perfect, the tv has Netflix, the place has a convenience store and dining options within the gated area so you’ll feel pretty safe. The best thing about this is that there’s a bridge that connects this building to the mall. Really well worth your buck.

"The place was very clean, the rooms as expected.
The wifi did not work at the hotel, we complained several times, they said they had an issue with the provider.
We did not have any wifi in our stay, the television in our room did not work, and the electronic key stopped working several times.

"It’s an ideal location to get immersed in the Philippine culture at 1 min walk from a street giving a ton of options for food, a good coffee place, 2 pharmacies and the unbelievable welcome of locals without all the traps for tourists. At 20-40 min traffic to large malls probably. I highly recommend any traveler who wants to discover life in the Philippines as it is away from the tourist trap to stay at this hotel. "They sent us check in instruction stating that we do not need to call them. To just arrive between check in time. We got there and we were not allowed to check in. The guard was asking for clearance certificate from the owner of the property in which i dont have and not aware off. So this was a total waste of money and time not to mention the stressed they've caused us. "

"i Love the place its in the center of the city, 7 month since its open so all are still new and clean hope they remain it like that, angela from reception need a course on customer service my first impression wasnt good, Ryan who clean my room ill give him a very good one, the rooftop swimming/ bar need something to pft up for sales i could enjoy some food and drinks there while relaxing on the afternoon and in the evening it need something to attract me to drink its a very good place to hang out"
