The only complaints we had was the extremely loud screaming child that sounded like they were right outside our door ( which was not the hotels fault , but maybe a little more soundproofing could help) and the pillows were flat. "We choose this hotel because of the average score on hotels.com. What a disappointment. 4,5 score is not close to what you get. We stay in many hotels in a year, and this hotel is a typical 3 star hotel. Breakfast big disappointment unless you like unhealthy food. Pool area ok and fitness room also, but that it what is positive about this stay"

"Have never used this brand of IHG hotels and was pleasantly surprised! It was more than we expected. The room was large with a great work space, even has a recliner chair! The kitchen had a full size fridge, a cooktop with 2 burners, microwave and dishwasher. Bed was comfortable. We had a nice corner room on the 1st floor so very quiet. Definitely would stay again and definitely would recommend! "

"Hotel is very clean. Arguably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in a while. Staff works very hard to present a clean environment. There are spots that need a little paint and minor details like that but I was very pleased with the condition of the property, the comfort of the beds and the overall cleanliness. "
