The space

The in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to keep your clothes fresh during longer stays, and the bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels for your convenience.

We do have a limit of 2 vehicles per booking.

Driveway is fairly steep, so if you have a lower car, you might be better off parking on the street in front of the home.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: When our schedule allows, we are happy to offer early check-in and/or late check-out for $25 per hour. These accommodations are subject to availability based on our cleaning schedule and incoming or departing guests, so they cannot be guaranteed. If you're interested, please send us a message before your stay, and we'll let you know what's available. Payment is required in advance before an early check-in or late check-out can be confirmed.

Please note, this is a no-party property. To maintain a peaceful environment, any noise complaints or disturbances may result in additional charges.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we only allow those registered at the time of booking to stay on the property. Any additional guests or third-party bookings must be disclosed in advance. Please note, additional charges will apply for unregistered guests.

Strictly enforced noise curfew from 10PM-7AM daily. Please be considerate and respectful of our neighbors during these hours.

No smoking at the property

No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots, or other business use.

If you do not inform us about a missing amenity, we will not be able to help and refunds will not be provided.

These adjustments are made to enhance the guest experience, and no refunds will be provided for such differences.

If you’re expecting a package during your stay, please choose a pickup point outside the property and ensure you're physically present to receive it, as we cannot be responsible for lost items. Similarly, if you leave something behind and it’s not found by our cleaners, we regret that we cannot be held liable.
