Den 2 soveværelser, 2 bad Condo er komfortabelt møbleret, har alle de moderne faciliteter, og er meget rummelig i størrelse på over 1275 kvadratmeter. Den åbne grundplan er perfekt til at tilbringe tid sammen under ferien. Opholdsstuen har komfortable siddepladser og et fladskærms-tv med kabel og Bluray-afspiller. Spisepladsen indeholder bordplads til 4 personer med ekstra plads til 2 ved tælleren. Det rummelige køkken har granit bordplader og rustfri hvidevarer. Den private møblerede balkon er tilgængelig gennem spisepladsen og er det perfekte sted at nyde havbrisen. Det store soveværelse har en kingsize-seng, tv, og den vedhæftede mester bad har en whirlpool have badekar og separat bruser. Værelset har en queensize seng og tv.

Great location

The place was huge. Such a relaxing spot not far from the beach. It is close to the night life but not right on it so it was peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

Great location!

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for walking everywhere, the beach was a very short walk. The condo was clean and spacious. We will for sure be back!

Beautiful, spacious home near the beach

This spot was absolutely perfect for our family's little 4-day getaway to Tybee Island. The home provides plenty of space and is a brief walk from the beach, restaurants, and sites. We were able to walk most places except when we went to the north end of the island. Such a great home and location, we would love to stay again!

Tybee island and Savannah are great. Place was fantastic. Exactly as presented. Checkin and checkout process was excellent.

Thank you so much for being our hostess for our vacation. My family and I loved it! The decor was breathtaking as well as the scenery and very a spacious home! Definitely worth every penny. The Ocean, attractions, and vibes made it even better for us to enjoy, definitely will recommend to family and friends can’t wait to come back again!

The stay was great. My only 2 complaints is that I wish check out was later than 10am and I wish they had some spices onhand. This is the first time

We always book with Tybee vacation rentals and normally stay at Brass Rail but decided to stay at Silver Seas this year for a change. I was sent a text for feedback which I immediately sent back and was told that someone would follow up. They did not. The floors in the main living and kitchen area were dirty and sticky. The master bathroom toilet runs. There is sticky stuff ( looks like spray from a soda) on the wall of the master by the closet. The white blanket that was folded in the closet was dirty. It would also be helpful if in the description it could be noted if the coffee maker is a Keurig or traditional maker that uses filters. We shop ahead and bring items like our own coffee. It would be helpful in planning. We loved the location, but won’t choose this unit again.

Great spot near the beach

This was our 2nd time staying at this condo. We love it! Nice, short walk to the beach. Private balcony is perfect. The condo is always clean and well stocked. We will be back again!

Great stay!

This is our second time staying in this building. Both times it has been clean and well maintained. It is exactly as advertised. It’s a very short walk to the beach, it’s very close to all of the shops, and it’s very close to the pier. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful condo close to the beach. Everything we needed was there and it was really nice place to stay. The tub in the bathroom did not drain and would fill up with water during a shower. Other than that it was a great place.

Reunion with Best Friends

We enjoyed meeting with dear friends in Tybee Island after a long separation due to the pandemic. The condo was very roomy with lots of seating and an attractive and well stocked kitchen. The location was fabulous, as we could walk to the beach and to several wonderful restaurants. Upon check in, we found a large fresh stain on the master bedroom carpet, which the property manager acknowledged after I called, but was unable to get professionally cleaned during our stay. Attention to a few additional items would make this a top rated property from our perspective- -The master bath shower door didn’t close and the sinks didn’t drain properly. -The bed in 2nd bedroom squeaked loudly and the mattress needs replacing. -The dining room chair cushions need cleaning or reupholstering. We had a great time with our friends, delicious food at nearby restaurants, and excellent service from each one we visited. It was a wonderful reunion in Tybee Island.

Close to the beach

Clean and spacious. Balcony was nice for people watching to and from the beach. Communication and check in/out was easy. Would stay here again if I'm in the area.

A good place to stay when in the Savannah area

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a fairly short walk to the beach. Because it was mid March, we could not get in the water, but we enjoyed walking up and down the beach. It certainly was not crowded. As far as the condo, it was clean , comfortable, and well furnished. There is a small clothes washer and dryer. The wifi worked fine. It seemed like there were about a 1000 TV stations available on the cable system. I will say that it was hard to tell exactly what supplies would be furnished. We called Tybee Beach Rentals (the management company). The staff member was unclear herself exactly what was there. For the most part there were more supplies than what was stated in the paperwork. Really the only item in short supply was trash bags. The unit is part of a building containing 9 condos in 3 levels so you have neighbors. 10 pm is "mandatory" quiet time. We never heard any noise from the other units after that time. There is a common walkway in front of the 3 units on each level to access the entrances. I do not know if it would be wild and crazy in the summer, but we were well satisfied with our stay.

Nice Location Unit is exactly as described

The unit was exactly as described/pictures. It is a short walk to the beach area and local restaurants. The is weird because you have to drive down a slight hill (it’s the only way I can describe it) to get into the garage. We had to give our car a little extra gas to back up out of the garage. There was also a spot on the floor in the master bedroom. My husband and I thought it was a wet spot from the cleaning crew, but after being there a couple of days the spot was still there. Overall we enjoyed our quick little getaway and it was more space than we needed, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the space. I am sure in the spring and summer months this place wouldn’t be available due to the convenient location.
