Whether you're soaking up the sun or sipping on a refreshing drink, you'll relish in the perfect oceanfront experience on the North end of Tybee Island. Inside, indulge in a seamless blend of luxury and comfort with gorgeous updates throughout. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to provide guests with a memorable vacation experience.

Lighthouse Point Condominium is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, community WIFI access, a playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20), and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park. There are 2 parking spaces, 1 assigned, 1 unassigned.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is not pet-friendly.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

The condo was ok. We had trouble getting into the unit every time we went out and came back. The code was wonky and had to be re-entered over and over. We got locked out the last night and had to call the emergency number. If I had known there was no elevator I would not have booked the condo. The bedrooms did not seem to get cool enough and the tvs in the bedroom were horrible. The internet was out half the time. Overall the condo itself was ok. The other stuff not so much. Not worth the 2300.00 we paid. Great view though.

One of the nicest condos we have stayed at on Tybee! The room was perfect for our family of four. We loved the hike to the beach and enjoyed the workout to get to the room. Everything was so peaceful and quiet. We felt safe walking around at night! The pool was very clean and the grounds were kept very nice! Would stay here again!

Overall we enjoyed this property. The view was great, we enjoyed watching the cargo ships travel the river/ocean. My kids really enjoyed crab hunting at night!!Our main concern was the AC upon arrival was 83 in the unit...With it being later on a Sunday and extremely hot outside, we gave the unit the night to cool down. It did not and we contacted the rental company first thing Monday morning. By the afternoon it was 98 degrees in our unit. Their maint. department could not fix the issue and we had to wait until almost 6:00 PM for an HVAC tech to come address the issue. Tybee Vacation rentals did nothing to offer a solution as far as bringing in a fan or 2 or a portable AC unit. They also did not follow up with us one single time after the HVAC technician had left to ensure our unit was comfortable. I was less than impressed with the rental company in general and their willingness to offer a solution and check on their guests. The unit could have definitely been a lot cleaner than it was. We had a problem with ants in the unit around the kitchen sink, but didn't feel it was especially concerning. Overall we really enjoyed spending the week on Tybee Island and exploring the island and surrounding areas and we would absolutely come back!

Too many stairs

The property was ok. However, we had strong smell on checkin due to the kitchen trash can was not taken out. We saw some bugs and there was no elevator or ramp. There were 48 steps to the unit. So hard to load and unload. Definately not for anyone not in shape.

Wonderful & Quiet Location on Tybee Island!

We really enjoyed the quiet location of this condo on Tybee Island. It's away from the busy tourist area, and we really loved watching the ships go by while having our coffee and breakfast on the balcony, followed by a long walk on the beach.The property was exactly as described. Highly recommend, and we will definitely consider this place the next time we visit the island!

Love watching the ships!!

This is a great place to stay!! Overlooking the entrance to Savannah River, watching the container ships come and go. This is a very relaxing place, the beach is great, watching and learning about the tides is interesting. Tybee Island is a great place with plenty to see and plenty of places to eat and be entertained. If Tybee isn’t enough action Savannah is just a 20 minute drive way. Condo location for us was perfect.

Great Condo with Beach View!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa 18C! It is a very cute little villa that is clean, and decorated great! The agency hosting it was great and communicated very clearly through out the stay. The only issue we had was the wifi didn't work, which wasn't that big of a deal. The only thing I wish was noted was the distance from the beach, but more importantly was that it was on the third floor and there was no elevator. We had our elderly grandmother with us and it was really a challenge for her to go up and down the stairs and walk to the beach through the sand. This isn't a complaint, but more just I wish this was noted. I definitely recommend this villa as a quiet little beach getaway... It's a hidden gem!

The view is only half the story.

This was far and away the nicest beachfront condo we've rented in either of Hilton Head or Tybee Island. Beautifully renovated and decorated, and thoughtfully appointed with every possible amenity in place. Ice cream scoop, pizza wheel, food storage containers, 4 types of wine glasses, ice maker in the freezer, hairdryers in both bathrooms. I could go on. The view is as advertised and you are only steps from the quietest part of North Beach. The most comfortable mattresses on both beds made for a great sleep every night. This might be the best unit in Lighthouse Point. Enjoy!

Absolutely perfect place

We loved this condo, location was perfect and it was amazing. Clean, updated and everything we needed was right there. Great pool area and the view was amazing. Highly recommend.
