Nyd din ferie fra Lighthouse Point på den stille nordlige ende af Tybee Island. Lighthouse Point 20A er en første etage Condo, der ligger kun få skridt fra fælles pools og adgang til stranden. Dette sommerhus vil tilbyde gæsterne en fantastisk ferieoplevelse og delvis udsigt over bugten, skibe, rejerbåde fra din private balkon.

Opholdsstuen indeholder fladskærms-tv og en dronning sovesofa. Der er et spisebord med plads til 6 og ekstra udendørs siddepladser til 4 på balkonen. Det store soveværelse er indrettet med en queensize seng, tilknyttet badeværelse med badekar og bruser kombination, fladskærms-tv, og har adgang til balkonen med fantastisk udsigt. Gæstesoveværelset er indrettet med en queensize seng og et fladskærms-tv. Det andet badeværelse er placeret i salen lige uden for soveværelsesdøren og har en badekar og bruser kombination. Dette Condo er en fantastisk mulighed for familieferier eller par!

Lighthouse Point Condominium er beliggende på den rolige nordlige ende af Tybee Island, direkte på bugten, hvor Savannah-floden møder Atlanterhavet. Nyd spektakulær udsigt og lange gåture på den nordlige ende af Tybee. Strandene i den nordlige ende er naturlige og rolige uden egentlig bølgehandling. Se delfinerne lege og skibene rejser gennem kanalen. Lighthouse Point er et gated condo kompleks med privat adgang til stranden, tennisbaner, fælles WIFI adgang, legeplads, to store swimmingpools (45X25 og 50X20) og en børnepool (18X10). Komplekset er beliggende nær Tybee Island Light Station og Museum, og Jaycee Park. Der er 2 parkeringspladser, 1 tildelt, 1 ikke tildelt.

Great Location but lacked maintenance and pest control

We arrived in the evening dropped our bags noticed a sign on the dishwasher that it was not working and there was a burner missing off the stove, but we went to dinner, upon our return we found a hundred or so roaches in the kitchen and immediately started trying to kill them. We called the mgt company and they said they could send someone out the next day to spray. When we asked if they could just move us to a different rental they said they do not move because of bugs. They kept telling us they were probably not even roaches. They were. They had someone come out the next day but it did not help. On Monday the pest control service came and confirmed they were German roaches and that a spray would not get rid of them only this paste stuff. Unfortunately we were leaving the next day so it did not affect our stay positively. A little too late. We were unable to use the kitchen. So we had to eat out every meal. It was disappointing that they would not move us and that they argued with us that they were even roaches. In the end they refunded us $500 for a five night stay. Not enough to cover the aggravation and lack of a kitchen.

Tybee time terrific

We had a great stay, this is a fantastic location. Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is because the furniture is uncomfortable and they need to add an additional armchair. Otherwise it is 5 stars and I'm sure they will correct the furniture situation. Very short jaunt to the beach which we loved!! This condo had everything we needed. Quiet part of the beach, which we loved!

Thanksgiving Retreat

Condo was right on the beach where we could see and hear the ocean! It was nice to just relax on the balcony when we weren’t on the beach walking! Excellent spot for the ocean lovers!

WONDERFUL LOCATION!

If you want a property as close to the beach as possible, but yet within walking distance of activities, look no further. I will definitely stay at this exact condominium once again-We had the greatest week. It was also such a quiet/safe feeling location. Tybee Island really is a hidden gem.

Girls week!

Property was as described. Beach was great lots of marine life. Rented bikes to get around island from Tims. Did a kayak tour with Shane at North kayaks and a boat tour with Bennet at Georgia Coast tours. I would HIGHLY recommend the tours! Only down side for us bc we flew was there were no beach towels or beachy stuff. They did send an email stating there weren't any available but It would be nice to just have those around. There is plenty of closet space! Otherwise all was well!

Good place

Nice place. Clean, spacious and great location. It’s right on the beach but still a nice walk. Perfect for mist people but not easy if you have limited mobility. The beach is large and beautiful.

Tybee Island getaway

The beach associated with the property is very private and not crowded. The unit was good for our family of 5. We used both bedrooms and the pullout sofa for sleeping. All appliances worked well and the temperature control in the unit was great. Our girls love the pool as there were 3 options to choose from. We loved the proximity to the precious lighthouse and the local restaurants. You honestly can’t beat the location. A very fun trip for our family!

North Side Tybee Island

Renting this property was very easy and management team was great! We had a small issue with TV service but with one phone call Kyle was there to fix the job! Loved the location cause we were looking for peace and quiet and we got it! Great views from our deck, close walk to beach and short ride on our golf cart and we were on south side with all the action. Total recommend Tybee Island and TYbee Island rental properties!

Had a great trip! Location of property was very nice. Close to the beach and the area was not very crowded during our stay. The pictures of the condo were maybe a little out of date. The place was more worn than the pictures relayed. There was no screen door on the bedroom sliding doors which was a shame. The screens on the front windows (kitchen and front bedroom) were trashed. These poor screens had nothing left to give. In the master bedroom there was a track for electrical wire that ran down the wall. It was detached. Someone had tried to reattach it with white duct tape. As much as I love duct tape, it has its limits and was not able to keep the tracking attached to the wall. It all just hung there. I can’t say it added to the visual appeal of the room. The dishwasher stopped working at one point, but that could have been on us for maybe overloading. When we contacted the management company they were very quick to respond and send someone out. Apparently there was nothing wrong. When they check it, it worked and we did not have an issue again after that. My only other gripe was that the sheets in the master bedroom appeared slept in when we pulled the blanket back on our first night. After a 16 hour drive this was a bummer. Luckily, an extra set of sheets were provided for the pullout couch. We were able to swap out those the sheets for the rumpled ones and get a good nights sleep. Beds were comfortable. The next day when I let the management company know, they were very apologetic said that is not the standard they are looking to provide and sent someone over to change the clean sheets that we had put on the bed the night before. It was quiet in the condo. The only time we could hear other people was when we were out on the balcony. The grounds were great. Very close to the beach! The kids enjoyed the pool and we used the grills that were available in the pool area a couple of nights to grill our dinner. They worked really well and we got to chat with a nice couple who were also down there cooking. we arrived late on our first night (as I mentioned it was after a very long drive) and despite all of the parking rules provided to us before our arrival, there was someone in our parking spot. That was annoying. When I mentioned this to the management company the next day they seemed to be unaware of all of the parking rules and restrictions. Good stay overall, condo needs some love, mgmt company was fine.

Perfect location and access to beach!

Great location and easy walk to beach. Pools well maintained and neighbors pretty quiet. Cable box in den broken / not working but there was a working streaming device. Enjoyed our stay!

Great condo and location

The condo was clean, had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and it had a great view of the ocean. We loved seeing the cargo ships and shrimping boats. The sunset view at the condo was amazing but if you want to even have a better view of the sunset it was beautiful from the beach. The beach was clean, the ocean was calm and it was so nice to see the dolphins swim by around sun set. In other words I loved the condo, the location and Tybee in general. Highly recommended.

Great location

We had a great experience with this condo, with the exception of the pool. Being that the pool was not heated and the weather did not reach 70 until later in the week, the pool was not an option for much of our stay. Great location to the beach, the light house and walking around the north part of the island. The only bummer was the pool.
