"We love staying there, but it's only about 2 or 3 years since the stayed there. This visit The TV was busted, the shower curtain wasn't working.There was just so many little things in the room that could have been fixed.We were a little disappointed. I just feel like the hotel just needs a little bit of sprucing up or a makeover. But the staff are always lovely and the rooms are always clean."

"There is no elevator so having heavy luggage is a challenge. My bedding was stained and dirty but the staff were quick to swap that out. There was a gap in my door and I could hear everything in the hall. The bathrooms are 30 years old or so they feel that way. The person below us was smoking weed. We could smell it all night long. It ended around 3 am. The good. The beds were comfortable and the a/c was pumping."

Also can't check in past 10 PM. Big plus which is from balcony you see freighters go through locks. If you want to drink a beer n see freighter going by this is the place for you."

"This hotel is terrible. We arrived and the air conditioning was not working...during the most humid weekend in July. They provided a fan and said the power went out so the A/C was just trying to catch up. However, reviews for the hotel from the past said that the AC was not working prior to this. After the AC was on for several hours we came back to an even hotter room and even with the fan on, it was unbearable. We left for another hotel at 11:30 pm because we could not sleep at all.
