This stunning double-storey residence sleeps 6 guests and delivers privacy, comfort, and an effortless coastal lifestyle — perfect for families, couples travelling together, or anyone wanting a premium Pottsville stay. The top level of the townhouse contains 3 bedrooms -- one with private ensuite, and each room features welcoming interiors with coastal-inspired décor, cozy beds, hotel quality linens, wardrobe, plus an abundance of natural light (and blinds to block them out); as well as 2 bathrooms.

    The bottom level houses the undeniable heart of the townhouse - the light-filled kitchen also known as “the gathering place” - where you will experience home comforts in our open and fully-equipped space featuring quality appliances – refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, air fryer, toaster and kettle, while surrounded by friends and family as you cook big hearty meals for their enjoyment.     Start your mornings with a beach walk or dip at Pottsville Beach, followed by coffee and a pastry at Corner Stop Espresso Bar or Black Drop Café. Pick up fresh produce at the Pottsville Beach Markets (held twice a month) and enjoy a picnic by the creek or in Ambrose Brown Park.

    Explore nearby attractions:

    • Byron Bay – drive just 30 minutes south of Seabrook to witness Byron's vibrant community spirit and the iconic Cape Byron lighthouse.
    • Salt/Casuarina/Kingscliff – drive just 20 minutes north of Seabrook for boutique shopping, dining, and iconic coastal walks.
    • Gold Coast Airport – a quick 25-minute drive, with plenty of airport shuttle services, taxis, and car hire services available.
    • Hastings Point & Cabarita Beach – perfect for swimming, surfing, and whale watching.

    • If surfing is your gig, you have several enviable surf breaks including Black Rocks, Cabarita Beach, Hastings Point, and Kingscliff to choose from or if you feel like making a trip further north, Kirra Surf Break.
    • Try Watersports Guru in Kingscliff for SUP hire or book in a fishing tour.
    • For cycling enthusiast, the fascinating 24km Northern Rivers Rail Trail is awaiting your exploration where you can walk or cycle from Murwillumbah to Crabbes Creek. Bikes can be rented from either end, in Murwillumbah or Mooball. Make sure to stop in at Hosanna Farm Stay for lunch and treats as its directly off the Trail.
    • Alternatively, hit the trails at Uki Mountain Bike Park for epic berms and flowy descents.
    • Can't resist the allure of art? Then visit the Tweed Regional Gallery, (the Margaret Olley Art Centre installation is a must see), and don’t forget the M|Arts Precinct in Murwillumbah.
    • While the surf and creek are the highlight of this area - for an alternative view from the water, Tweed Eco Cruises are not to be missed. They offer a variety of half and full day trips.

    When it comes to our favourite places to eat, we would be amiss if we did not mention the:
    • Celebrated Pipit (Pottsville), run by award-winning chef Ben Devlin
    • Izakaya Potts (Pottsville) featuring bold Japanese flavours
    • Mouthwatering Thai fusion at Spice Den (Casuarina)
    • Spanish-inspired plates at La Barrita (Kingscliff), or
    • handmade pasta and woodfired pizza at Giulia Italian (Kingscliff)

    For something different, Kathmandu Kitchen (Kingscliff) offers hearty, flavour-packed Nepalese & Tibetan fare, while Lolita’s Cantina (Casuarina) is perfect for relaxed, vibrant dining. Alternatively, head into the hinterland - an easy loop is via Tweed Valley Whey (Burringbar) for the very tasty cheese grazing platter. While on the loop, visit the towns of Uki, Stokers Siding, and Murwillumbah, and finish the day at Husk Gin Distillery (Tumbulgum) where you can grab a feed and sample their award-winning spirits at the Cellar Door.

    Guests can access the entire 2-storey townhouse with exception to the garage. There is one dedicated on-site parking spot provided; however, guests can utilise the street parking.

    A Welcome Guide is provided with contact information of the host should it be needed.

    Car is the best mode of transport in the area as there is limited public transport.

    Please keep the following in mind when booking:

    • Bookings are only accepted from families or mature couples. Schoolies, buck or hens groups are NOT welcomed.
    • Accommodation has a strict No Party Policy. Bookings will be cancelled upon breach of these rules with no refund provided.
    • Seabrook is non-smoking. We respectfully ask that no smoking or vaping occurs inside the premises.
    • Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
    • Linen is included - please bring your own beach towels.
    • Parking – parking for one vehicle onsite plus off-street parking available.
    • Washing machine available, but no drying machine. A drying rack as well as outdoor clothes line is provided.
    • Starter Supplies: In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary supplies comprise of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, handwash, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, amongst other items. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival.
