"This place is FAR from luxury. I booked because of the other good reviews, but now I am heavily doubting those reviews are from real clients. One of the acs were not working and the refrigerator was leaking. On top of that the water coming from the pipes were rusty and smelled disgusting. The doors were terrible looking and rusty grills. It does not look like the photos! We were in town for 3 days due to a funeral and could not stand it any longer so we left the very next day. To add insult...

"We’re a family 10 (7 adult and 3 kids) the place is ok, but needs Air Condition in the living areas upstairs and downstairs, also needs hot water take showers. The gate at the house need a lock. We past several times in the day and they was not guard at the mail entrance gate."

"I booked this hotel because it had a pool and a room with a balcony. However, as there was no leisure area next to the pool, but only a narrow "patio" with café style tables and chairs next to a highway with very heavy traffic, the pool was useless. Furthermore, as the rooms all faced a covered courtyard, where the restaurant was, the balconies were in an enclosed space 3 meters above the guests in the restaurant, so also useless. The enclosed courtyard faced the highway, and the roof enhanced the sound, so it was the most noisy room I have ever stayed in. In addition, Guyanans apparently like to load their cars with the largest stereos in existence and drive around with music blaring out the windows. To top of the noisy experience, the breakfast crew chose to turn on loud music in the kitchen at 6:57 on Sunday morning."
