Property was great, problem was with Expedia, overall...but because we prepaid for two nights, when we had to check out after the first morning, because of an unforeseen circumstance, we have had to pay for our second night, that we didn't stay for (notified hotel around the 8:00 am hour of first morning). We booked through Expedia. I absolutely understand cancellation policies are in place for a reason, but when we dress the needed early check out before check out time, there should be some reasonable refund with understanding.
