"Hotel is a little older, but very well maintained. For an all-inclusive we were very positively surprised by the quality and selection of food - and the service was excellent across the hotel. Only reason why it does not get a perfect 5 star rating is that we had a charge of 4.500 MXN (225 USD) on our room that we did not agree with. The front desk agent said that this was something we have to talk with a supervisor about, "but they are all in a meeting, so you have to pay now"."

"Stayed with the family and my mom in the penthouse - 2504P- fantastic views of the garden and the ocean. 1600+ sqft place, lots and lots of space and extremely comfortable. The food was decent, slightly on the expensive side but nothing to rave about either. Proximity to CSL helped since it was only a $8 under ride in and out. "

In fact, I reached out about a month after checkout to ask a question on one of the drinks by the pool and Juan Carlos tracked it down for us. Really appreciated! Our room was super clean and had everything you could ask for. Check in was smooth. The welcome drinks, towels, and heated neck were a nice touch. Every bar served amazing drinks!
