"Hotel is a little older, but very well maintained. For an all-inclusive we were very positively surprised by the quality and selection of food - and the service was excellent across the hotel. Only reason why it does not get a perfect 5 star rating is that we had a charge of 4.500 MXN (225 USD) on our room that we did not agree with. The front desk agent said that this was something we have to talk with a supervisor about, "but they are all in a meeting, so you have to pay now"."

"Where do I begin? The staff, grounds, food, cocktails, beach, amenities were amazing! Rare to find a beach to walk for miles and a clear blue cove to swim in. For an all inclusive the choice of meals and cocktails were amazing-all the bottled water, stock in the room refrig and room service included. We had wonderful view from the junior suit garden room. "What a beautiful resort. The view, amenities, food, drinks, access to beach, gym, spa and even pickleball makes this place a one stop destination. No need to go anywhere else. Service was attentive and the place was spotless. Very family friendly and the weather in February was a perfect 80 degrees. Plenty of shade to lounge by the pool and the water temperature was soooo perfectly warm. "
