Bright, partially renovated apartment located on the seventh floor of a building with an elevator. The entrance opens onto a hallway leading to a spacious kitchen, furnished in traditional style with a large dining table, a sofa bed, and access to a comfortable veranda balcony.

The large, well-lit bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, and a spacious four-door wardrobe. From here, you can access a large panoramic terrace, furnished with outdoor armchairs and a coffee table, perfect for relaxing while admiring the view of the city and the hills.

The bathroom, completely renovated, has a shower and a window.



The accommodation enjoys a strategic location, a short distance from the Orthopedic Trauma Center (CTO) and about a ten-minute walk from the metro stops, which provide easy access to Porta Nuova station, the historic center, and the main tourist destinations.

The lively and well-served neighborhood offers numerous commercial activities and is enhanced by the presence of the Lingotto Center, with its shops, bars, restaurants, and movie theaters. A few steps away is Eataly, a renowned gastronomic center where you can enjoy regional specialties and typical dishes.
