Hampton inn is usually great but this was not a great experience. At check-in the desk staff was friendly but did not know how to handle my prepaid reservation from Expedia and tried to charge me for the room until I showed my receipt then they had to get a supervisor involved. The a/c unit was too close to thermostat so the room never really cooled off - a poor design and bad situation considering how humid it was outside. The next morning there was no coffee. This property needs to get it together.
