"Good-sized rooms, lovely bay views and sunsets, and a decent pool. Unfortunately, the service falls short. Stained bedsheets, limited dining beyond the buffet, difficulties arranging a taxi, and no pool towels one morning. Staff whistled while serving at the small lobby café, while valet staff rested their feet against the wall and seemed more interested in their conversation than helping guests. For a property positioned as Guam’s best hotel, the facilities are decent. The service and...

"Hotel Staff members are so nice and helpful and friendly :) Thank you so much :)"

"Every night our room smelled like bbq smoke. If you have issues with smell, bad air quality or allergies you will not like how the room smelled like bbq smoke. The staff was polite and we had no other issues with our hotel. We didn’t bring up the minor issue with the hotel staff since we are not sensitive to the smells and or air quality. Everything else was good or excellent."

"I enjoyed the hotel and lagoon like beach. There were beautiful fish just swimming around my legs, but it was not dredged so it was hard to walk in the water due to many large flat rocks. The water was also very shallow during the day, and ok at high tide. The staff were very helpful."

"It's in a good location walking distances to restaurants, groceries ATM McDonald's. Friendly staff as well."

"They staff are always checking if you need anything. They don't make you wait too long"

"There’s NO breakfast included. Expedia should remove that filter. But so many groceries store & Donki near by to buy food. Very convenient to go to the airport too. Totally recommended for some convenience. Also near the beach but have to walk about 30 mins."

"Cheap & affordable. Staffs are awesome & place was neat."
