"Samlignet med hoteller fra andre steder i indunesien, er servicen dårlig. Damen ved frontdesken talte utydeligt og kunne ikke svare på mange af de spørgsmål jeg havde. Ved checkud kunne hotellet ikke hjælpe med transport til lufthavnen og jeg fik i stedet et nummer til taxi selskabet. Var heldig at finde et tilfældigt taxi ude på vejen og nåede derfor mi fly."

"The room description is not accurate. I ordered a family room with “two double beds” according to the room description but ended up with just one double bed and a bunk bed! Wheras it does give 2 x 2 pax, the level of comfort is not as expected! Told the receptionist at checkin but got no solution offered. The View from 9th floor was nice and breakfast buffet satisfactory."

"Ny og pænt hotel, med meget hjælpsomt personale. Tilhørende restaurant var ikke særlig spændende, så vi spiste morgenmad ude i byen.. WIFI off and on"

"Shanaya had so many things to offers, It’s a village so choose your villa wisely, if you want a good rest, Further down villa with a private pool will be a good option, but if you want it to be more convenient in term of access and closeness to lobby, then you have to choose older villas without private pool (don’t worry, their public pool just a step away anyway). The staff are nice; the buggy driver was also very friendly. Shout-out to the mini zoo keeper —he was so lovely and friendly....

"The hotel is under renovation on the front part. But it doesn’t affect much experience for me since the room and the hotel lobby are still ok. Got free breakfast with quite complete selection. Will stay again if I go malang. Quite in city Centre and easy to go around from this hotel. Just next to the old malang train station too! "
