Synes godt om: Rengøring, overnatningsstedets tilstand og faciliteter
Nice place and very comfortable when the city is not cutting out your electricity! Out of our 8 days stay, 2 of them was without electricity (half of the day each time). For me this is unacceptable because our air conditioning, running water and stove top was not available during these power cut. I was told by the lady at the front desk that this is now common practice done by the city to save power in this area! I figured out only once there that beside getting extra toilet paper and the key of the safe to work, you have to contact your "administrator" (the condo owner) for most of the problems and this "admin" is no where to be found! The "security 24/7 is a joke, They put a 15 year old kid that dont speak English in the lobby all night that play with is cellphone and call this security. Lots of construction noise in this area, its a developing area with many, many condo being build. We rented bikes at first to got to the beach but it is not really feasible. We are in good shape but biking for more that 30 minutes under this temperature and strong sun is just suicide. Better rent a scooter or taxi (300 to 600 pesos depending on how you manage to negotiate with the driver) to go there. Walkable grocery on the 7th street with good selection of organic and fresh food but prices on most items are same of more than in the U.S.. Most restaurant around are pretty good. Those on the beach are crazy expensive like 100 USD for a standard dinner for 2 and drinks are 30 USD.
