I had the absolute worst hotel stay in my life at your hotel. When I checked in my room there were no sheets, towels, blanket, or tissue. I had to ask twice for blanket and sheets, twice for towels and toilet tissue. After waiting an hour and a half on that the housekeeper at the clock I stole the stuff. Then to top it off there was no TV, microwave nor ice box. Throughout the night I had to fight off roaches in the bed. The room and walls looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. I asked Expedia to try to transfer me to another OYO location. But since it was after 3:00 but I couldn't check in till 3:00 they could not transfer me to another OYOhotel. If I did change hotels I would have lost the money I paid online for that OYO hotel location. There were people who look like they were drug addicts and or homeless hang around the hotel. People are standing outside my window talking loud, arguing and playing music all times of the night. I have a small dog and every time she heard someone I woken up with her barking throughout the night. So I hope you post this or even read it and make modifications to your location.
