The space
The living area is large enough to have all guests relax comfortably together. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room that has access to Sling, Disney plus, Hulu & HBO MAX TV premium. All allows you to watch live tv shows, sporting events, and some movies on demand. The backyard is spacious. There is outdoor seating available—A space you can relax at and dine. All the amenities you may need are available.

Pets are allowed
- Pet fee is per pet and due immediately upon booking and non refundable.
Only non aggressive dogs allowed and must be disclosed upon booking.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds.
- Fees will apply at host's discretion for pet related problems including noise
or damages.
- No Unregistered guests
- Additional cleaning fee $50 (4 to 7 nights), $150 (8 to 15 nights), $200 (16 or
more nights)
- No parties or events ($1,000 fee will apply for unauthorized events)
- Check out instructions will also be sent via Airbnb Message the evening
before check out.
- $100 Late fee per hour applies for guest that do not check out on time.
- Additional fees will apply to guests that cause additional cleaning and or
damage to the space and determined by the host on a case by case
basis.
- Guest(s) must lock the doors upon checking out
- Trash must be placed in the provided trash receptacle.
- Tampering or disconnecting noise monitoring devices, wifi router, modem
or cameras will result in cancelation of your reservation and removal from
the property -

- We offer a starter pack of supplies. Longer stays guests will need to
replenished consumable (paper products etc) as desired. -
- Lawn care will take place as needed per the weather/season. -
- Extended stays (more than 2 weeks) must allow for maintenance as
