This visit could have been better. The agent at the desk was cold and aloof he did not even make eye contact with our party. The room was dusty and there was no hand soap in the restroom.

Arrived at the property and had to drag luggage around motorcycles. Motorcycles were parked on sidewalks and blocking entrance. Phone in the room did not work. Room was clean and staff were friendly. No continual breakfast and options over priced.

When booking the post says that a bar is on premises and breakfast is uncluded. That is false advertising and should warrant a refund. The bar is closed on Sunday and Monday. Also there is no breakfast on Monday. I'm staying at the property Sunday and Monday. State in the listing these details so people can make the decision to choose another property.

This location was horrible they have amenities on their website that they do not have in their facility although they’re going through construction there were a lot of things that they did not provide that is listed on their website. Expect to have no breakfast in the morning expect to have no dinner at night this location to have their bar open at any point in time during your stay I stayed here for 5 days and the staff was horrible including management. when I first arrived, there was trash all in the front lawn, including a little Caesars pizza box. When I arrived on Monday, the pizza box was on the front lawn when I left on Friday the pizza box was still there. The staff and the management do not acknowledge any customers into their facility, and they expect you to speak to them. Nasty staff and nasty experience. When you complain about the gym, not being open or the sauna not being available, they automatically tell you to go to the website and have no offers at all. Out of 10

The maintenance is inadequate. I checked in To missing lightbulbs and a toilet paper holder hanging off the wall. There are no pieces of furniture with drawers. On the other hand the bed and pillows were some of the best I e slept on. There was no refrigerator however so while I might stay overnight I would not ever have a prolonged stay

Although the property was nice, and I got to my room without any issues to check in process was a Breeze and they have a shuttle that runs 24 hours which was nice. The bathroom ceiling was peeling in my room and the walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbor snoring directly behind my headboard other than that my experience was not bad at all. I just wish that the aesthetics of the rooms were a little bit better kept and the walls weren’t so thin.

My stay at Aloft Tulsa was decent, however, it was easy to mix up Aloft Tulsa with Aloft Tulsa Downtown. Once I finally made it to the correct hotel, my stay was pleasant enough but there was ongoing construction late into the night that was rather jarring. Hotel staff were helpful.

1) Location: I'm a former Tulsa resident. This is a weird location for a hotel. Not convenient for walking to restaurants, groceries, etc. If you are from out of town, you will find it difficult to find the hotel in the dark. There are NO signs that will show the way. It's in a mixed commercial/warehouse area. Nothing pretty or relaxing here. 2) Cleanliness: I have stayed here before. You are now greeted by horribly stained furniture in the lobby. They had "storm damage" that is still being repaired. But, THAT WASN'T IN THE LISTING! More stains than a college dorm. My room was "clean" on the surface, but i found a flip top from a water bottle under the bed edge. Should easily be seen on routine cleaning. 3) Deferred maintenance: Shower glass not properly secured. Possible water damage/paint flaking, due to moisture build-up in bath/shower area. You won't know if the shower is moldy because of the black tile and grout. Brilliant move Aloft, if the goal is to hide this... Broken electronic plug in adapter unit on the desk. 4) Noise: Paper thin walls/doors. Could hear more hall noise than even a 1 star hotel. Across hall neighbors were partying just enough to be irritating. If I were a light sleeper, I would likely have complained. 5) Breakfast: I didn't check, but apparently the included breakfast wasn't available. Also NOT MENTIONED IN THE LISTING! Bottom line: Worth $50/ntincurrent condition. I could have stayed at Hampton or Holiday Inn Express for the same$

Pretty overpriced! Rooms are great. Staff is ehh! Disappointed that there was no ice or vending machines on floor. Also upset that I left something in my room and when I went back to get it it was gone.

I read reviews prior to staying and people complained of waiter not getting hot. My water was got hot immediately and the pressure was great. They allowed my dogs which was great bc my house was being repaired.

This property was under renovation. The gym/pool and laundry services were closed. In addition, I booked on Expedia, which indicated that it came with a free breakfast. Did I not correct them or ask to be corrected due to the small selection of healthy options for breakfast?

Person that checked us in and out was not very friendly. Seemed like we were bothering her. King sized bed seemed more like a queen. Lighting in the room was horrible. Gave us four half sized pillows that were uncomfortable. Not even basic cable on a cheap TV. No free breakfast, had a "chef" there to make food but you had to pay for it. Just not impressed, will not stay a Aloft again

Failure on every front except check in
A perfect storm :-( Check in was fine but the room was just ok. No remote in room and I didn't want to be charged in case they thought I took it, so I tried to call front desk. Phone didn't work at all and there was no way to contact front desk, so I went down to ask for a remote. Got back to room to tuck in, found out door's "night lock" did not work and the metal bar at the top was broken off. I did NOT feel safe but I was so tired and needed to sleep so I tried to do so. But room smelled a little funny and the water was TERRIBLE, no way I could shower in that. Water smelled of sewage and sulphur. A/C blew both hot and cool alternately, so I couldn't get a good temp. Power station did not work so I could not charge my phone. Then the neighbors started slamming doors and running up and down the hallways. I guess they were high and crawling out of their skins because they literally slammed doors 15 times in 45 minutes. They also tried more than once to open MY door and the adjoining door between us. I couldn't call the front desk (no phone, remember??) and the whole thing just felt like a set up. I grabbed my things at 11:45 pm and checked out.

Smelled like animal urine. Was so loud in the lobby I was unable to sleep. Was told nothing could be done about the loud lobby music. Had to leave and was unable to get a refund. Stay elsewhere.

At the Aloft one of the positive focuses is music and we do have live music events/booked events periodically. However, there is a designated time that this is brought to an appropriate level. I have educated all staff on the proper time it is to be reduced.

Toilet wouldn't flush properly. The desk attended only offered a plunger. Therefore we had to go downstairs to the lobby to use the bathroom. Also the spa and weight room was closed.

Thank you for your feedback. Most of the day we have an engineering team on site to address these types of issues. However, depending on the time they may not be onsite. Our team strives to problem solve and help in every way they can. Our gym and sauna area are currently being renovated and we hope to have it back open and available for guest use soon.
