'Le Ventoux' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Ideally located west of the village of Tulette and its conveniences, the estate is only 25 minutes from must-see destinations such as Grignan, Nyons, and Vaison-la-Romaine. Nearby, you will find a wealth of tourist attractions: Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail, beautiful castles and hilltop villages (Grignan, Suze-la-Rousse, La Garde-Adhémar, Clansayes...), as well as the region's wines and AOC, the University of Wine and its museum, Provençal markets and their local specialties (lavender, truffle, nougat, olives, fruits). The Baronnies Regional Nature Park is also close by. Access is simple and quick: you are only 20 minutes from the Bollène toll (A7).



The fully renovated and air-conditioned gîte Le Ventoux accommodates up to 6 people (including children). On two levels:

- Ground floor: a beautiful living area (kitchen/dining/living room) opening onto the covered terrace through a large bay window, one bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a second bedroom with two single beds (90x200, can be converted into 180x200), a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate WC.

- Upstairs: an attic bedroom with two beds (80x190).

The terrace, equipped with a plancha, offers a superb view of Mont Ventoux.



The shared spaces encourage conviviality and are shared with the guests of the second gîte: parking, garden, ping-pong table, pétanque court, bike storage, and a beautiful swimming pool (12x5m, max depth 2.5m), open in season.
