The price (> 300USD excluding breakfast) is exceedingly high for what you get. The rooms facing the sea are ok but small. The lounge area in the reception was dilapidated and most afternoons and evenings full of outsiders. The swimming pool was also accessed by people (sometimes many) not staying ...

Standard not living up to the price. It is worn and in need of renovation. We had breakfast for only one person, the other one was asked to pay - but the brakfast was not worth paying for. Lets set the expectation right - it is a business hotel, not a resort. My partner and I are overall happy with the clean and spacious room and provisions. Breakfast is basic but adequate, and is delivered to the room. Value for money comes mainly from the location itself.
