Please note that the property is located in the desert and near the mountains, where encounters with local wildlife (such as insects, lizards, snakes, or small animals) are a normal part of the environment.



For your safety, we ask that you keep a respectful distance from any wildlife you may see on or around the property. In most cases, they pass through on their own without issue.

🔥 Heated Pool & Hot Tub Info



For guests seeking the added comfort of a heated pool, we’re happy to offer pool heating upon request. Please read the following carefully to ensure a smooth experience:



• Pool Heating Is Optional: The pool is not heated by default. If you’d like it heated during your stay, please request it in advance by messaging us with your estimated time of arrival (ETA).



• Heating Costs:



Pool + Hot Tub: $70 per day

Hot Tub Only: $30 per day



• Hot Tub Settings:

The hot tub is guest-adjustable with a maximum temperature of 103°F for safety. Detailed instructions will be provided on the day of check-in.





• Temperature Range & Schedule:

The pool temperature ranges between 78–84°F and heating runs daily from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.



•Arrival Time Is Important:

To have the pool ready upon arrival, please:



••Provide an accurate ETA



••Arrive within 2 hours of your provided time

Late arrivals may cause the heat timer to reset, and heating may not be immediately available.



• Two Living Rooms:

The home features two separate living areas, offering plenty of space for groups to spread out, relax, or enjoy different activities at the same time.



• Stairs

This is a two-story home and requires the use of stairs to access some bedrooms and living spaces. It may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.



• Garage Access:

The garage is not accessible to guests and will remain locked during your stay. However, free parking is available in the driveway.
