A few helpful things to know before your stay:



⚠️ Grill: The outdoor grill is currently unavailable due to wind damage sustained during recent storms. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the grill until further notice. We apologize for the inconvenience while we work on having it addressed.

Outdoor Furniture: Some outdoor furniture may show signs of wear from regular use and exposure to the Arizona climate.



🏊 Pool: The property features a non-heated pool for guests to enjoy. Please note that there is no spa or hot tub.



🛟 Pool Floats & Accessories: Any pool floats or accessories found at the property are provided as a courtesy and availability or condition cannot be guaranteed. An inflation pump is not provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own pool floats and pump.



🧹 Pool Maintenance: The pool receives professional service weekly. Because of Tucson’s desert environment, wind and weather may occasionally cause leaves, dust, or other natural debris to enter the pool between scheduled services.



🪟 Window Blinds: One of the door blinds is currently non-operational. Privacy is still maintained, but adjustment of this blind is limited.



🚗 Parking: Driveway and street parking are available. The garage is not available for guest use.



🗑️ Trash: Trash pickup is every Tuesday. Please dispose of all trash properly in the designated bins.



📬 Mail & Deliveries: Guests are welcome to have packages or deliveries sent directly to the property during their stay; however, we do not provide access to the property's mailbox, which is reserved for owner use. Please arrange for deliveries to be handed directly to you or left at the doorstep. If assistance from our local team is required to coordinate or retrieve an item, an additional fee may apply.



🚫 No Pets: This is a pet-free property, and pets are not permitted during the stay. Evidence of an unauthorized pet may result in a $250 fee.



🚫 No Parties or Events: Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Please be respectful of the property and surrounding neighbors.



🔒 Safety: The home is equipped with smoke alarms, a fire extinguisher in the kitchen, and a first aid kit in the primary bathroom.



🎲 Entertainment: A selection of board games is provided for guests to enjoy.

Our hosting team is available 24/7 through the Airbnb app and is only a short distance away if in-person help is ever needed. We are here to make your stay smooth and comfortable.
