Conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown with easy access to I-10, you’ll be close to local restaurants, hiking, shopping, and the University of Arizona. The home is arranged with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a living area, full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and a private walled-in porch. The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware and dining essentials, along with a toaster, refrigerator, stove, and Keurig coffee maker. Coffee and drinking water are provided for your convenience.

The porch is a nice place to sit and enjoy a quiet morning or evening. The home is set up to comfortably accommodate two guests.
Sonoran House is located along the edge of a quiet, clean mobile home park with friendly neighbors.

The home is cooled by an evaporative cooler, which works very well in Tucson’s dry climate. During the July and August monsoon season, increased heat and humidity may make the home feel warmer than usual.

Rates vary seasonally.

Guests have private access to the entire home and walled-in porch. A shared coin laundromat is also available approximately 150 feet from the home, with laundry detergent provided.
