Located on Tucson’s scenic west side, this home offers quick access to some of Southern Arizona’s best outdoor attractions while still being close to downtown conveniences. The area is known for peaceful desert scenery, mountain views, hiking trails, and beautiful Arizona sunsets. You’ll be near Saguaro National Park West, Tucson Mountain Park, scenic drives, and local dining options.



Getting Around:

🚗 A vehicle is recommended for getting around Tucson comfortably.



Approximate drive times:

• Saguaro National Park West — 10 minutes

• Downtown Tucson — 15 minutes

• University of Arizona — 20 minutes

• Tucson International Airport — 25 minutes



There is plenty of available parking at the property, including both asphalt parking spaces and a carport area, so guests should not have any issues finding parking during their stay.



Other Things to Note:

🌵 Desert Environment Notice

The home is located in the beautiful Sonoran Desert, where wildlife and insects are part of the natural environment. Guests may occasionally encounter javelinas, lizards, insects, rabbits, or other small desert animals outdoors. Please keep doors closed when not in use and supervise pets and children while outside.



🏊 Pool Notice

The pool is professionally serviced and maintained on a regular schedule for cleanliness and upkeep. Due to weather conditions and the desert environment, leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural debris may occasionally fall into the pool between scheduled cleanings. The pool remains safe for normal use unless otherwise advised. Please note that the pool is not heated.



📬 Mail & Package Disclaimer:

For your convenience, please note the following guidelines regarding mail and deliveries during your stay:

Direct Delivery Only: Any mail, packages, or deliveries should be received by guests in person or delivered directly to the property doorstep.

No Mailbox Access: We do not have access to the mailboxes, as they are reserved for owner use only.

Assistance Option: If on‑site coordination or retrieval assistance is needed from our ground team, additional charges may apply.



🐾 Pet Policy

We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs with prior approval and applicable pet fees. Cats are strictly not permitted.



Pet Fees:

• $50 flat pet fee for stays of 5 nights or less

• $15 per night for stays longer than 5 nights; will be charged starting on the 6th day.



Pet Rules:

• Maximum of 2 dogs allowed

• Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved

• Dogs should be crated if left unattended inside the home

• Dogs must remain leashed when outside of the fenced area

• Dogs are not allowed in the pool

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste during their stay

• Any pet-related damages, excessive cleaning, stains, odors, or violations may result in additional charges

• Bringing an unauthorized pet into the property, even if only for part of the stay or without staying overnight, will result in a $250 unauthorized pet fee. This fee covers the additional cleaning, inspection, and preparation required to maintain the property for future guests



🚭 Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on the property. Any evidence of smoking indoors and outdoors may result in additional cleaning and deodorizing charges.



📶 WiFi & Remote Work

High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home, making the space ideal for remote work, streaming, and extended stays.
